I love everything about this movie. It's a completely different animal to the show, but I love it's cheesy scifi mixed with faux-Egyptian mythology and aesthetic. It's like Indiana Jones in its mix of action adventure and scifi and unapologetic cheese.

Also it has great sets and location filming, which I really miss in films.

(I loved SG1 and SGA too although for completely different reasons.)
