Anyone who says they like Sephrioth over Kefka is either a) extremely late (this is on;y one of the oldest fuels for a flamewar EVER), b) or extremely butthurt (read: FF7 fanbrat).

The irony of the perpetual battle between Sephiroth and Kefka is that people forget how similar they are.
Step one: Take awesome, prodigal and slightly misanthropic general of psuedo-evil empire.
Step two: Give fancy experimental drugs for additional awesomeness.
Step three: Realize the drugs make the general go insane.
Step four: Add angel wings and bake at 430 degrees on a greased baking pan.
Decorate with either clown makeup or black leather. The former nets you a crazy and amusing clown of absolute chaotic evil (and fun!). The black leather will absorb both fun and chaos, leaving you with a much more deliberate and standoffish final product.
