101. Meh. There's nothing wrong with thinking that. Aaron Eckhart is a fantastic actor and Harvey Dent is a great character!

112. I highly doubt very many people think that TDK was the first to present that dymanic or Chaotic Evil. TDK's just the most current NEXTBIGTHING and it's still fresh on people's minds so they are talking about it. I'm sure there are some oblivious people out there, but any active movie watcher would have seen those two things at least once or twice before (maybe not on TDK's level, though). And, don't worry, not only "introverted freaks" think about all of that.
