102. OMG ILU. I love that movie to bits and what's so great about it is the realistic characters and their relationship. I'm generally nothing like she is (loud, brash, adventurous) but I definitely saw something in her inside myself as well (dependent and independent, feeling-sharing, etc.). You just made my day.

118. Yes. While I agreed with the orignal secret as well, it's kind of like the "WELL AT LEAST THEY ARE READING" argument thrown at the Twilight series. Yeah, they are reading...but all they will want to read is shitty romance novels with crappy relationship dynamics. Higher-level reading and thought-provoking novels are what we should be ultimately striving for, right? I mean, yeah, you can indulge in your silly "bad" books...but when are people going to, you know, THINK along with reading a book?

You know what is good about his music?

The fact that it saves lives. It brings people together. Ville is a godsend to so many of his fans.

Even if you don't like his music, at least acknowledge that his music does what he intends it to do: help people.

I can understand that. I'm not saying stop listening to it - but my personal opinion is that the music is god-awfully repetitive. "LOVE IS WOE" and "I LOVE YOU LIKE THIS RAZORBLADE LOL" for how many albums now? It just baffles how people can not say, "hey...could you like, write about something else, Ville?"

But I'd never tell someone to stop liking it if they do. It was just my personal opinion about his music; don't take it to heart so much.

Sorry if I'm being harshly cynical, but his music is intended to make him money, no?
I'm not so sure how he feels about his fans (he seems like a dick to me, though) but I'm pretty sure if he wanted to help people he could do other things than singing. Or at least sing about...not killing yourself or whatnot. Rite?

I used to have the Grammar Rock tape. We listened to it in German class. It made me so happy. :) Because I am a collosal nerd.

:3 The grammar ones are how I remembered the vital things in English class! I used to sing them all the time. lol.
