Same, and I wonder about my lack of F/F ships as well. I used to assume it was due to disinterest in F/F smut, but I realized that as much as I love smut and read vast quantities of it for a few ships, I have a lot of ships where I have no interest in smutfic.

I think part of it is that while well-written female character may be more abundant in the kinds of media I like, they still aren't interacting with each other enough, so the character dynamics just aren't there.
