Eh, is it really a big deal as long as she isn't jacking the bride's color? I don't think that outfit particularly flatters her (it makes her waist look too low) but it's not like she's in pasties and/or a thong.

Sure. But the reason that it's inappropriate is because there's a social norm against it.

You don't need to go in-depth about how everyone can see her genitalia and this makes her a bad person, and you certainly don't need a million posts calling her a prostitute, to make that point. That's the part that's weird.

Men actually have it worse because at most weddings, the dresscode for them is any variation of long trousers and shirts+suit jacket and that's pretty brutal during summer weddings. Women actually have much more freedom with their fashion choices.

??? This comment just kind of baffles me. You can wear fairly modest underwear or pseudo-underwear (like cheerleader bloomers or boy shorts underwear) under a short skirt that basically obscures everything. Why assume she's wearing a thong or something where you'd need a full wax to not show your privates??
