It surprised me more than a little, but there were a couple of people who responded thoughtfully, and made me think, including at least someone who snarked at me first, and then got serious. I appreciated those responders. And as I said to someone upthread, my initial post was pretty snarky, and I have no right to sulk about being snarked back at.
