(Anonymous) 2018-07-07 08:17 pm (UTC)(link)Plus, if there's some fundamental aspects of yourself-certain values, beliefs about life, etc.-that are very important to you, aspects that have been a part of you since you were old enough to really think about such issues, then I think relating to stuff from your younger days can be a good reminder/reassurance of how those values and beliefs and such are still as meaningful and important to you now as they were back then.
