I love avocados when they’re recognizably avocados. Sliced on sandwiches, diced in salads, smooshed in guacamole—yum. In baked goods, smoothies, frozen, any kind of ready-made food that isn’t made to order—yuck.

It's a texture thing for me. They're just too mushy. And I cannot ever believe it when I see them in frozen products. How nasty.

Same here. I've seen recipes for baked eggs in half an avocado and for some reason the thought makes me gag... hot avocado. God no. :(
