'Gypsophila' by Kevin Hart is a good one, I read it back in high school. "The child must take the lightning from her eye; And place it in the sky, her shadow must; Be told to fall asleep." It's got great imagery.

Also, 'I Have Found What You Are Like' by e. e. cummings, because of the phrase "And the coolness of your smile is stirringofbirds between my arms."
