+ 1 for cheese substitutes. Rarely find any nice ones that don't have that weird aftertaste of feet.

Most food that's gluten free is pretty sad. Bread texture isn't something I ever really thought about until it was gone but now I miss it.

My ultimate sad food is probably liquid nutrition drink. It really shouldn't be marketed with flavours, because nobody should ever have to put it in their mouth ever. I don't know how something can be wet and still feel like licking chalk but they somehow managed to make that a thing. I can't get rid of the dry mouth feeling afterwards.
