slightly OT but there is a writer and cartoonist who I liked until he said you should always wear formal clothes to the movies and I found that such elitist bullshit I didn't bother reading anything by him after that.

Ha! My typical movie-going outfit is: long underwear, sweatpants, wool socks, longsleeved knit shirt, hoodie or cardigan, and a wool wrap that I drape over my entire body like a blanket. Elegance is for people who aren't in danger of losing their extremities to the Arctic blast that is air conditioning at my local theater.

somewhat OT again but I have one of those wool wraps, it's from Ireland and I love it, it keeps me nice and toasty.
