Comedy that's basically just FUCK FUCK FUCK SHIT SHIT SHIT ASS ASS ASS FUCK FUCK FUCK.

I found simply throwing around every swear word you know hilarious in seventh grade. Now, I prefer humor to be a little more nuanced. Two f-bombs would have sufficed.

This...I recently watched a movie where 99% of the comedy is "THESE RELIGIOUS PEOPLE ARE SWEARING" and ok but the funniest bits were them doing things that were not becoming but not OTT like that.

It came out last year. Not AWFUL, but I spent my time thinking "You could be a bit smarter with this while still being funny and having a fuck or two."

This is one of the things that turned me off of "Bad Santa." The rest of the movie doesn't bother me, but the constant, multiple f-bombs in a row just made me roll my eyes. Oddly, the worst kind of foul language doesn't bother me at all. It's just the repeated use just kills any humor it might hold in a scene.

I just didn't find it all that funny. I was hoping it'd be more like "what if John Waters made a Xmas movie" but I just thought it was dull except for some of the scenes with that little guy.

Honestly, I felt that way at first. Then on a second viewing, I found myself laughing not necessarily because anything was clever, but because what was happening was just so wrong on multiple levels. And there were some dark humor moments as well. That's just me, though.
