Migraine and fever

I've had a migraine all weekend. This evening, I seem to have developed a low fever. It is only 100.2. Is this something I need to see my doctor about, or is it a normal migraine side effect?

I would say it's worth visiting your doctor. Even if the fever is low, in combination with a migraine (and one that's lasted all weekend), something could be up. Try to keep an eye on your temperature until you can get seen (I've been told to check every two hours, maybe keep a note of it to pass to your doctor), and make sure to drink plenty of water to replace any fluids you might be sweating out.
