134. I think this is a repeat, and it's still ridiculous. As someone who's first forays into the world of fandom involved feverent Xellos/Lina shipping (and honestly, I still like it)...Xellos "bursting into tears" is argueably the most ridiculous thing I can imagine, right after the Joker falling in love with anyone.
135. This is exactly why I want to read them, even though I don't want to wind up writing like that for the next month or so. I compromise, read bits and pieces, but I know, I know, gotta actually read 'em to whinge about it proper.

142. 45 years? If you're going back that far, I really don't think it's just the girls he's talking to.
But honestly, as someone who still kind of hopes to hear the TARDIS engines one day...yeesh, man.
145. Heh. Tennant's oral fetish never ceases to cause giggles for me. I think there was a really good fic about it awhile back...

152. Heh. Reminds me of being 10 and discovering Star Wars and Star Trek at the same time. It was around the same time as my parent's divorce as well, and it felt pretty similar. "I love you both! Why can't there be wookies here and vulcans there?"
158. I ship it because the first bit of Avatar I remember seeing (aside from the first bit of Zuko's past) was him taunting her with the necklace, and I figured that was supposed to be the thing. Later, it's because I thought it would be unexpected and interesting. There were plenty more reasons, but I won't deny that visually, they just look good together was one of them.
I also won't deny that I squeed with happy when Aang and Katara finally got their kiss. Bless.
160. LOL! Oh, that makes for a beautiful mental image. Right there with Alan Doyl trying to use the coffee maker while Sean slow-mo-NOoooos in the background.
166. I don't get shipping Doctor/Donna. I feel like it just defeats the purpose.
172. That's...that's horrible. Just so sad. I was about to chime in with "nah, my parents weren't into my fandoms" but I grew up on the Beatles, and even if we got into it at different times, my Dad and I are both into Star Trek. And while I know my sibs are sort of victims of "we've done this before" it's nowhere near to that extent. I'd give you a virtual hug right now.
