How you enjoying them?

Octopath Traveler. It's eaten my life for the time being, so I'm definitely enjoying it.

Replaying Braid because I got it on Xbox. Such an awesome OST.

Braid was so amazing. The last stage floored me completely.

In a bit of an old game rut with NWN2 and just picked up KOTOR Xbox update.

Dragging myself through another Dragon Age: Inquisition playthrough. I think it's gonna be my last for a while, though, because I'm pretty bored. I just want to finish the main story on Nightmare mode, get the achievement, and then leave it alone for a year or so.

I've been replaying DA:I too recently. I'm aiming to 100% the main game (which I've done before) and all the DLC zones (which I haven't done). But I think it'll be the last time I pick up a DA game until DA4 comes out.

I started Amnesia: The Dark Descent today. Super late to the party. Loving it so far, even if it stresses me out majorly.

Oooh that is a fun game, though. I hate horror, but it's really well done. Not being able to fight the monsters back is so scary.

Ughhh it's terrifying. I personally love horror so it takes a fair bit to creep me out, but just the sounds are getting to me. I was trying to conserve lantern oil by bumbling in the dark but kept hearing this noise like someone was cracking eggshells right next to my ear and was like "okay, nope, nope, lantern."

I just finished Tales of Zestiria. It was cute and had some really nice ideas, though a little clunky at times. I came out major shipping Sorey/Mikleo, which I'm reasonably sure is sort of canon or at least deliberately implied. I would have reworked some of the plot and dialogue, but overall, great game. Lots of fun.

Next is Final Fantasy XV, which is finally on Steam!

I mentioned above that I'm replaying Dragon Age: Inquisition. I also just played through Undertale (True Pacifist, of course) and Orwell. I think Undertale will stick with me for a while and I totally get why the fandom was so crazy. Orwell was alright, but sort of forgettable. It's worth playing but it's hard to feel a connection to anything in the game.

Undertale is one of those games I wish I could play for the first time again, if that makes sense. It was a real experience. Never have been able to bring myself to try a Genocide run, I'm too soft when it comes to moral choices in games.

Makes perfect sense, that's how I feel about it already. It was so interesting to see all the ways it changed (I did a full pacifist neutral run, and then a full true pacifist run, rather than reloading the last save) and there's a lot of surprise and wonder in discovering it all.

Plus, it just feels so douchebaggy to replay from a meta standpoint. You've given everyone their happy ending, and some of them KNOW you can just reset their lives and make them miserable again, and they're powerless to stop you. They're trusting you to not replay the game.

Obviously they're just pixel people, but I just can't bring myself to do it.

I kind of wish I'd done a genocide run first, bc now I know I'll never get to it.
