Disney won't even own 40% of 'entertainment'. They are nowhere near being a danger.

Where exactly do you draw the line, with "being a danger"? I think there's significant problems that arise from economic concentration and centralization and having a very small number of hyper-massive firms in an area, even if no single one of those firms controls a majority of that sector. I think it's simplistic to look at it as "Oh, well, they'll own less than 40% of this sector so it's fine". And I know that we had, in the past, much more stringent regulations about this sort of thing than we do now, and I think that was a good thing.

At the very least, a lot of people are going to lose their jobs, and the rumor is that Disney will probably dismantle 20th C Fox Studios. So creative people in the film industry are going to have fewer places to pitch their work, among other things.
