The most popular f/f ship in my fandom involves two women who have met in canon once and who didn't even exchange a single word during that scene. They always write them as the Generic Female Character who gives good advice to the main male character.

It's specially annoying because there are two female characters who interact with each other a lot and imho have great potential for being an amazing rival ship. But because one of them is played by an actress in her early 50s (who is still very attractive, mind you), there's zero content for them.

Be the change you want to see in the world, I guess.
