I'm not sure I see the difference, or at least how this is unique to f/f shippers. As Death Note fandom illustrated, you don't need to have any lines in order to be a part of a juggernaut pairing.

The Death Note thing really annoys me, particularly because it doesn't even make sense for MelloxMatt to be the juggernaut pairing, when MelloxNear is a much more obvious pairing. I guess it's because a lot of people are genuinely surprised to find out that Near is an adult?
