Okay, so, most of the dry ingredients in my pantry are in more-or-less identical tupperware containers. Most of them are labelled, some are not.
One day my mum did a little re-organising, and I put a cup of bicarb soda into biscuits where I was meant to put icing sugar.
Obviously they were completely inedible, which was a particular drag because they were piped, so that was a lot of time down the drain.

Also, one time I managed to bake brownies with no flour, which... was not great.
