I mean, part of it probably is or they wouldn't publicize the fact that they go, but... meh. I can't be bothered by that anymore than people who publicize other charitable acts. As long as they're still doing those charitable acts and people are benefiting, brag away. Maybe it'll encourage other people to be charitable too.

Yeah

there's a million publicity stunts out there, and at least these ones are nice things to do for people who deserve it, and on the the actors side I assume they're probably mostly sincere and are there because they want to help

Most of the time they are publicized by people they meet taking photos and such.
