My sister works in a childrens ward. They get visits semi frequently (most of the really sick kids are sent to GOSH, so they dont havethe great photo op kids) they usually get visits from pop stars or reality stars... no publicity no fuss. Just here they are, she has turned away at least one because she wasnt family and the visit wasnt planned! Lol
