You might be thinking of her niece "Bunty", who is younger and has dark hair--but a similar personality (tho Bunty is even more of a wild child tbf). Once Felicia stops being a canon regular, Bunty starts being one, even though Felicia still makes guest appearances.

Oh a Father Brown secret! This show is my happy place and Felicia & Mrs. M are my babies.

I can't really say I ship them romantically but theirs is my favorite dynamic, and I get super emotional whenever they have friendshippy/protective moments with each other.
