Anyone could have made a better Duncan Kane, OP. However, I think this actor in particular would have been a little old for the role (or at least he looked older than the rest of the cast - but I don't know how old he is in real life or anything).

+1, the guy who played Duncan was fucking terrible. I was cringing right through the scene where he confessed to Veronica that he had found out that she might be his sister.
