This is my go-to baked cheesecake recipe. I usually halve the recipe and bake it in a tart/pie dish instead. The cooking time is also shorter if you halve it. Works perfectly every time. You can also substitute the lemon for other flavours (chocolate, coffee, matcha tea, berries, etc )as long as you keep the volume/moisture content the same.
