Power Grid, there's just too much counting in that game for me.

There was a Warcraft board game that me and some friends tried to play but we could not make sense of the rules, like several would literally contradict another. It was so weird.

And I don't hate Twilight Imperium, but I do have to be in the right mindset for it.

Monopoly is a bad game but no one ever really talks about Risk being bad despite the fact that it's way, way worse

Largely random, basically pointless, totally infuriating

Mafia...it's not strategic, it's ritualistic. Any newbie's going to be called scum, because they don't adhere to some Very Specific behavior.
