Exactly.

If a woman is masturbating alone, all there is to see or think about is the woman. Some women may find a woman experiencing self-pleasure sexy in a sympathetic, imagining-themselves-in-her-place way, while others may not. I can see the discomfort over voyeurism, since masturbation is what one frequently does alone so watching someone masturbate alone on TV is weird in a way watching two people have sex is not because it makes you think of what you do alone.
