No one gets a completely perfect life with everything they want all the time forever, but some people definitely have it better than others. I think trying to convince yourself that the "perfect" people are secretly all miserable fakers is not helpful. The best we can do is acknowledge our jealousy and disappointment and try to come to terms with the fact that we won't get everything in life.
