Question about finding an art commission?

Anyone know if there is some kind of directory of artists who do commissions?

Or does anyone know an artist who is doing commissions that can draw/paint animals really, really well?

Related, anyone know a good guide for how to price out artwork as a buyer? I don't want to pay too little OR too much.

Most artists undercharge tbh. I wouldn't worry about being overcharged, just make sure you like the art style and that the artist has drawn things similar to what you want.

My first year roomie in college. Girl must have been raised in bubble wrap or under a rock or something.

She cried literally for the first three weeks. Made her parents come and get her every fucking weekend even though they lived 2.5 hours away (and she would always come back like 1130pmish Sunday night which meant they still had to drive 2.5 hours back at that hour).

Could barely cook and never did her dishes. She left them for me because she knew it would bug me to have an untidy kitchen until one weekend I snapped, tossed them all on her bed and shut the door. >__>

I get people complaining....

about 'omg, the customer service rep had this accent!!' because it seems like a lot of people really have *issues* with accents.

What really gets to *me* is that the customer service people all seem to be talking to me from inside a tin can, on fifty year old headsets while a CB radio randomly spits static.

I mean - shouldn't AT&T, at the least, have semi-decent lines for their people to talk on?

(Brought to you by the person on hold for twenty minutes with AT&T and doubting they're on hold for the right person.)

God, yes. ATT has horrible equipment. I don't mind accents as long as they are understandable.
