During a dust storm, dust gets absolutely everywhere and it's really weird when you feel it between your teeth and in your inner ear.

I'm currently at a leadership training session for my public speaking group. Learning a lot about how to improve our club. Now, if the pain would go away so I could actually focus.

"Son of a Preacher Man" was written for Aretha, and she did an opera album with Pavarotti.

Yesterday, but it’s still interesting, at least to me. The wholesale price of vanilla beans went from from $11 in 2011 to $193 in 2016, which presumably explains why when I went to Costco and was gonna buy a 16 oz. bottle of vanilla extract it was $34, up from $6.99 the last time I bought one there— 16 oz. lasts a long time, so I had no idea.

Yeah, I don't know where you are, but Kirkland vanilla hasn't been $6 for years here. It sucks. :(

AYRT—I stopped baking so much for a couple years while I was finishing my degree and taking care of my mom (RIP) and I’d let my Costco membership lapse. And I’d noticed the price of vanilla beans going up, but didn’t know why—bad harvests in Madagascar where most vanilla is grown. I was looking up how to grow vanilla orchids, but they need constant warmth and high humidity, hand pollination, and generally get to 20-30 feet long—it’s a vining orchid—before setting seeds/beans. I may still try for the heck of it; I guess I could train it up the walls in my bathroom.

Medieval people's teeth didn't look like shit as they didn't have sugar. Also that they bathed often and there were POC knights.
