I am a big fan of douche canoe as an insult. But I really love the word fuck and any variation thereof.

'Bitch' is a nice word, it rolls off the tongue easily and I like the tch sound. But I'm also partial to 'fucktrumpet'.

"goddammit" and "dickhead" are the hall of fame for me. Variations on the theme of excrement are also very versatile - "dogshit", "shithead", stuff like that. Very expressive.

I tended to swear freely before I had kids, but as I am not patient and forgiving by nature, for things like "Oh, go f--- yourself!" I had to make up substitutes.

Of those, I enjoyed, "Go fart in a paper bag" so much that 20 years later I still use it.

I don't care if it's a gendered insult, I refuse to stop using "bitch" (especially as a verb) and "dick" or "dickhead".

"Shithog", thanks to Nier, and for G-rated I like using "butt" in the general way one uses stronger curse words. "SON OF A BUTT." "That's such a load of butt!" "For the love of butt."

Fuck is the most versatile word in the English language. Why the fuck wouldn't I pick it?

Around the kiddos, my favorite swear word is dang. It's still got an edge to it.

I don't really curse in English except when I'm driving in heavy traffic ("son of a bitch" is my favorite curse). I do curse a bunch in my native language and people are always appalled when they hear me curse because I don't look like someone who does, I guess.

Shoot, shite, shit and sugar. Often just like that in a string. When I'm actually angry or stressed I often tend to sing/chant more so than curse, and kind of rictus-grin at people while getting very short and sharp. I do sometimes use your basic 'fuck', though, because it's hard to find something else in English that gives you the same explosiveness.

I also use a lot of variations on 'Jesus Christ on a [insert implausible mode of transport here]!'

LOL my boss was laughing at me because I called someone a "fucking doodoo head", which actually combines both R and G rated swears!
