Carrie was pretty open in later life about her mental health issues and the fact that she'd abused drugs and struggled with sobriety. She was a big influence on a lot of people and I think if anything her death would make those people more aware of how important it is to seek help when you're struggling.

Can't be about Carrie, I don't think, because Carrie was not glorifying drug use. She was honest about her addictions and her struggles. She never once said drugs were a good thing.
