The Little Women with Winona Rider. The Anne of Green Gables and Anne of Avonlea with Meghan Fallows.

I actually haven't seen a Macbeth adaption I haven't liked. There aren't that many, of course.

To Kill a Mockingbird.

The Moby Dick with Patrick Stewart. Also the Chrismas Carol with Stewart (and also the Muppet one).

the Poirot tv series with Suchet.

David Copperfield with Daniel Radcliff and Maggie Smith.
