Agreed.

And, to me, not just regulated but kept in a limited availability in society. I need to think about this more but it just seems to me that things like this - they prey on fundamental limitations of human nature and rationality. They're intrinsically exploitative and dangerous on that basis, and I think we should really think much more than we do about limiting them on those grounds.
