So stupid that you can't watch the show or movie. Tell us who annoys you with their stupidity!

Do you mind plots that rely a lot on someone (or a group of people) being pretty dumb, like horror movies where the characters split up to search the haunted house?

I've been binge watching Fear the Walking Dead and I just started season three, and dear god, everyone in this family is just dumb as fuck.

They get separated, they find each other again, they get separated again, someone dies, someone else dies, it's like... WTF??

I am enjoying the show itself, but it's like, C- parenting skills all over the place here.

I gave up on this series halfway through season three. I'm just... done.

I have a co-worker who is better at keeping up with stuff and I was like, "JANE YOU NEED TO TELL ME, IS [CHARACTER] REALLY DEAD BECAUSE HIS "DEATH" SEEMED SUPER SHIFTY!"

She laughed but told me that it's never really resolved which just makes me angry. Like, I didn't like him, but I hate when characters are maybe dead, maybe not?

I am only finished episode 3 of season 3, but honestly, if everyone doesn't stop being so rage inducing I am probably going to nope out the way I did with TWD.

I can watch the show, but I have to skip her scenes. Lori on The Walking Dead. HOW DID YOU CRASH THAT FUCKING CAR?!?

Negan (for me) was the last straw for me. I HATED him so I stopped watching.

Haha oh my god, I have tried to watch TWD twice now (I did get further the second time), but every fucking time I just start yelling at Lori like, WTF WOMAN?!

She was so infuriating. Her death was satisfying as hell.

I always feel bad when I am just watching to see if someone dies, but some of them just fucking deserve it.

Aren't you supposed to hate a villain?

I think there's a fine line (for me) between 'you are intended to hate this person because they're a villain' but still writing them well enough to understand their motivations, etc, so that you don't watch something and just want to spend every second their face comes on screen wanting to punch them in said face.

the writers definitely intend for you to hate Negan because he's cruel and violent, but more annoying than that is that 1) he's a grown man who speaks like a 12 year old on Xbox Live (but also somehow commands the respect of a giant violent gang of adult men and women...?), 2) compared to most of the rest of the cast he's like a cartoon character living in a world of real people, 3) his constant leaning and mannerisms, 4) THE CONSTANT MONOLOGUING PLEASE JUST SHUT UP

he's easy to hate but not fun to hate, I just wish his character was dead every time he's on screen

Sure, but they should not make you want to not watch a show.

Yeah, Negan was about the point I gave up on TWD. Which is a shame because I still think the first few seasons were awesome. Then at some point in Negan's first season I thought to myself "I'm watching a show about a goddamn zombie apocalypse, and I'm bored. That can't be good."

What I really hate is characters who are generally speaking pretty intelligent, but for plot purposes are given what I think of as "situational stupidity", just temporarily.

Like, for example, the Winchesters have been proven to be scary levels of competent when it comes to what they do, they don't underestimate the bad guys, they see when someone's setting a trap for them, etc... until it's required by the plot for them NOT to :/ Very frustrating
