Maybe if you branched out from shitty and inferiour books that just happen to be written by female authors, you'd realize that there are many, many great women writers out there, like A.S. Byatt, Dorothy Dunnett, Carson McCullers, Margaret Atwood, Flannery O'Connor, and I could go on and on.

True. But I like to keep a moiety of optimism. But how could s/he NOT know a book was by a woman with a name like "Anne" or "Stephenie" on the cover?
