Stuck in limbo due to all the pop music used in the various eps. Yeah, it's taking this long to sort out all the royalty issues and getting permission from the artists. Otherwise, the DVDs might have been released years ago.

On that note, maybe there are updates at the Paperpusher's Message Board. I don't know for sure, though. I haven't been there in a few months.

I think Chris/Lorelai is really cute. I wish they could have worked. I shipped Luke/Lorelai from the beginning, but once they actually got together, I started to hate it. Luke's character in the last two seasons was terrible, imo, and completely different from how he used to be. But anyway, yes, I do think the Chris/Lor fans are very few and far between, and I can understand feeling very unwelcome in the fandom.

I also very much agree with your opinion of Luke. After April came into the picture, he was such a pathetic figure in Rory and Lorelai's life. He became the 'deadbeat' that everyone says Chris was.

138. lol. I'll say it just for you: There are well-rounded female characters and probably even more that aren't as well-rounded but come in the same variety that male characters do. People like male characters for certain characteristics but hate on a female character if she displays the same. If someone can't find a single female character they don't hate, yeah, they probably are sexist in their attitudes towards the characters.

That or you need to find a better series, because if you can't find a single female character to like, it must be pretty awful towards its female characters.
