What are your favorite and least favorite vegetables?

Least favourite : swedes, Brussels sprouts

Most favourite : pretty much everything else

Brussels sprouts are a weird one, because they depend so much on the method of cooking them

I do agree that they can be improved by different cooking methods. Unfortunately though i'be hated every variation I've tried.

favorite fruit: dates
least favorite veg: beets or kale

I love apples, grapes, potatoes and carrots! But IMO avocados are overrated.

Favorite Fruit: Pineapple
Least Favorite Fruit: Cantaloupe.
Favorite Vegetable: Potatoes. So versatile!
Least Favorite: Egg plant. I don't like the texture.

HDU like pineapple and hate cantaloupe!

(I'm kidding, I don't HATE pineapple, but I get that terrible mouth itch/swelling thing that makes me avoid it like the plague)

Yeah, I love that mouth destruction. It makes me feel alive! Not really. :P

Fave: mangoes forever.
Least fav: so called red "Delicious" apples. FAH! I'd rather nosh a mealy McIntosh.

Red Delicious are *so* gross.

They LOOK pretty, but they're so tasteless.

ETA: vegs:
mmmm... I like nearly all veggies if they're steamed just right. Especially broccoli, tender asparagus, and Brussel sprouts.

Yup. And those yellow ones, whatever they're called, also rather gross.

I like Granny Smith and Honeycrisp - tangy, tart, *crisp*.

The Macintosh apples we used to grow (when i was a kid) were like that - sweet-tart, super crisp, lovely. Haven't found any like that in the store in a long time.

yeah most McIntosh are mealy and soft. Really good for certain baked goods and applesauce/ apple butter, I guess, but not for out of hand eating.

Fuji is also great- my personal favourite. Pretty sweet but super crisp and stay fresh forever. Weirdly enough, they're apparently a cross between Red Delicious and something else...

I used to love Braeburn but they've been pretty hit and miss for me for a while now.

I love honeycrisps! If you can find them, I recommend Mutsu. They're a big greenish-yellow apple and they're nice and crisp/juicy. Not as tart as Granny Smith or tangy as Honeycrisps but still delightful.

I like many veggies, but generally only raw/steamed. Canned veg are revolting.

However, when i really stop for a moment...beans are disgusting. From green to pinto to lima to navy - giant NO.

Strawberries are favorite, and tiny little cherry tomatoes.
Least...would be cantaloupe or honeydew, and canned peas.

Favourite Fruit: Melon, plums, mirabelles.
Least favourite: Starfruit, guava, nashi, lychee.

Favourite Vegetable: Carrots, edamame, cucumber, eggplant.
Least favourite: Brussel sprouts, leek, bell pepper.

Cherries and pears. Mangoes.
Eggplant and leeks. Any form of celery; chicory/endive leaves if cooked, though they're fine if left raw, and their roots are absolutely not meant for eating--I'm sorry but something so bitter it's used as a coffee substitute does. not. belong. in my plate.

fave: bananas, probably carrots

least fave: kiwi, OKRA (that shit is the spawn of the devil)

Favorite fruits: berries, lychees, manzano bananas, pink guava, starfruit

Least favorite: I don't think I have any!

Least favorite vegetables: beets, eggplant, zucchini, cilantro

Favorite vegetables: carrots, Brussels sprouts, beans, potatoes, onions, broccoli, cauliflower

Favorite fruit: strawberries...or wait, avocados!
Least favorite fruit: melons in general

Favorite vegetable: green beans
Least favorite vegetable: okra

Fruit:
Favorites: Mango, strawberries, blueberries
Least favorite: durian, plumbs, grapes

Veggies:
Favorites: Broccoli, cauliflower, celery, cabbage, beats
Least: Carrots, eggplant, butternut squash, pumpkin

The only fruit I'm not very fond of are melons.
