LOL! I guess it does. But for the sake of this discussion, let's say it doesn't end in murder. Everyone just gets home safely, and the greatest risk is indigestion from overindulgence.

Now that's hard. There isn't any seafood I don't like. Probably shelfish of some kind. Shrimp or crab or mussells or clams.

The one I had was so over the top, but so much fun to eat. They vary, of course, but mine was various shellfish, langoustines, even a few oysters. I felt like I was in The Great Gatsby.

the kind of traditional kaiseki in Japan that costs $1500/person.

I'd bring my roommate and 4 of my poorest internet friends so we can all experience luxury for once in our lives.

I know, right? I occasionally torture myself with Japan travel blogs and they're just so pretty. And look like they'd taste so good that even if the specialties are so rare they're only one-bite sized, I would orgasmically savor that single bite.

Take my wife and roomies to a fancy sushi place. I'll eat something else, usually the have fried rice, and other things I like because I'm not big on sushi. But they'd enjoy it. :3

I never cared much about super fancy or expensive food, but since transport is included I'd invite friends I haven't met with in person for years and let them decide where we're going.

I have such an unrefined taste in food I have no idea lol. Probably a really nice seafood place with a view of the ocean and a good drink selection beyond just beer and wine. Start off with oysters, Caesar salad and a nice Riesling, Lobster Thermidor with Sauvignon Blanc, a cheese course and round it off with assorted cakes, and some scotch to end the evening.
