You seem very confused, OP. "Anyone who says that these (especially the first two) are the best" What's this with "Especially the first two"? You're thinking that the third one is better than the first two? Methinks you're the one who should get your glasses prescription looked at.

I think they're describing what people say: "these (especially the first two) are the best". As opposed to saying that people who say the first two are the best are especially wrong.

Which makes sense, because "the first two are the best" is in fact what people say.
