I had this same thing happen to me on my last move. Take them to task, dude. Demand at least a partial refund, especially if they broke something. If they're resistant, go higher. I can understand being late as long as I'm given some advance warning, but forgetting entirely? Hell no, man. That's not how it's done.

Gah, reading my comment again, it sounds super aggressive. Apologies. I totally understand being too exhausted. Moving, even when it's going well, is an exhausting shitshow. Order in some cheapo Chinese food and spend the rest of the night with some Netflix!
