(Anonymous) 2018-10-11 04:12 am (UTC)(link)Pro tip, freeze or refridgerate pie crusts (if you’re going to make you’re own pie crust which is totally worth the extra effort IMO) before filling and baking them. It prevents the butter/fat from melting too much when baking and keeps the crust from getting soggy. And if you have extra crust dough left over you can cut out shapes with cookie cutters and bake them to make these little biscuit treats. I like to use them to top my pumpkin pie.
