Everything wrong with my house would be fixed, the dying tree would be cut down, the garage razed and re-built, and the yard re-landscaped for better drainage and a patio added. Also, my aging car would be replaced with a new one. It would be nice if my house were paid off, too.

Oh man, none of the trees in my yard are dying, but I wish I wasn’t so clutzy and terrified of chainsaws. The fruit trees I planted are fine but the trees that came with the house are mostly huge, still growing, messy non native stuff that shade out parts of the yard I’d like for veggies and fruit and flowers. But so much of the house needs fixing and I make so little that tree trimming and removal are almost at the bottom of my list.

Ever thought of cutting down the tree for firewood to sell? Or are you not in an area with a bunch of fire starters.

It's a big tree between two houses that are close together. It needs to be taken down in pieces by a professional so it doesn't fall on anything.
