I love NOVA! PBS was one of five channels we got growing up, so it was one of the only shows my parents would let me watch.

Also, thanks for sharing this because I can't write while listening to music, either, and silence gets boring after a while. I'll definitely be giving this a try.

Documentaries in general are great for soothing background noise. I used to play them at low volume whenever I had trouble falling asleep.
