went to a craft fair, was horrified by the number of mlms crowding out the actual crafters, then picked up real Halloween decorations elsewhere, came home and decorated

all in all productive enough for a sunday

lmao the first time I heard the term I thought the exact same thing. "what does selling shitty makeup have to do with men loving...oh."

honestly we should still call it a pyramid scheme so that poor folks with nowhere else to turn for income don't get scammed into joining them. calling it MLM sounds like a nice, pat, sanitary term to hide the scam.
