It's not my thing either. I don't hate it, but it's not a turn on for me.

Funny thing is, in the rare cases where I've been even kiiind of into it, it's always been feminine clothes on already effeminate men. Which, I mean, if some misguided fifteen-year-old fandom SJW was so inclined, they could make an argument that that's worse than just not liking it at all. But bottom line? I just don't care.
