I don't think it should be overdone, or it would cripple the overall quality of the show, but I generally find it funny when they start laughing. It's fun to know that the actors are having fun and think it's hilarious, and it can be really entertaining to see them try to hold character even when they are crying with laughter.

I agree, I find those to be some of the most entertaining moments. There's nothing quite like an actor trying desperately to keep it together when they're obviously about to just start cracking up.

It makes the humor feel more genuine! When people are honestly having fun and cracking up, the positive energy is so contagious. A million times better than thinking they are bored to tears during the skits.

Agreed :). I especially love it when the laughter gets contagious and soon the cast and the audience are all laughing together. It's just neat to share in a fun moment like that.

Totally agree. I love watching actors trying not to loose it during comedy sketches XD
