My husband has been a Star Wars fan for years, me not so much until recently (saw TLJ and liked it, started watching more, started reading the novels to get into the backstories of the characters). I now know more about it than he does, and he comes to me with his questions now. XD

Wrote a 100,000+ word yaoi fanfic that was ultra popular in my fandom. This was like over ten years ago now. But I still get e-mails when people comment on it. :)

Death Note!

When the horrible Netflix movie came out, I guess a new wave of Death Note fans came because I got a bunch more reviews. It was really cool, even though I haven't logged into my FF.N account in a decade haha

I didn't realize this until I got a comment recently pointing it out, but apparently I wrote the first Jean/Marco Attack on Titan fic on A03.

...God that was a long time ago.

I can think of quite a few pairings where I wrote the first fic on AO3 but none of them got big later and in fact sometimes I'm still the only author so not much of an accomplishment.

People yelling “hey, Christine,” and “hey Belle” at me at San Diego Comic Con because they recognised the characters.

I drew up some elaborate family trees of Tolkien characters for my own reference and I think it contributed to subsequent carpal tunnel problems.
