I love to bake whole wheat buttermilk bread and blueberry muffins. Also orange-cranberry muffins, but I usually only make them when I can get fresh cranberries because I'm not sure dried ones would work.

Pasta, and anything Cajun or Creole. There's just something about the process of cooking that way, and the flavor profile used, that I find very conducive - the way, in a jambalaya or a gumbo or smothered porkchops, that you just layer flavor in there and build it up slowly. It just makes sense to me. And, it's delicious

I love baking chocolate chip cookies. I made some cheese straw crackers tonight but I don't like them. So I will be taking them to work.

I like cooking perlo but that is because it is the one meal I am good at making.

If you're good at perlo, there's a whole universe of rice-based dishes that you're also good at making, because perlo is very much a variation on a theme

I do! It's a very comfy comfort food, but it's also a member of a broader family. you can kinda tell by the name - perlo, pilau, pilaf, paella, etc.
