Here’s the difference for me: I can sit in a room while my parents or grandparents are watching BBT and get the occasional chuckle out of it.

I’ve never willingly sat through an entire episode of Seinfeld due to how dreadfully unfunny it was.

Seriously?

(Anonymous) 2018-10-18 02:33 am (UTC)(link)
No. I decided it was absolutely worth lying about my preferences and opinions about TV shows on an anonymous discussion board.

I thought perhaps you might be exaggerating, as people often do on the Internet.

(Anonymous) 2018-10-18 12:34 pm (UTC)(link)
Nope. Seems like it would be even less worth exaggerating about than lying about, but whatever. Is it really so hard to believe that someone wouldn't enjoy the show and turn it off rather than suffer through more of it?

It's one of the most popular sitcoms ever made and is widely regarded as being extejely well made from a technical standpoint, so the suggestion that there is not one single funny joke in the show ever is a little surprising

When did I say there was not one single funny joke in the show ever? I said I found it unfunny and did not enjoy it. Talk about exaggeration...

(Anonymous) 2018-10-18 01:20 am (UTC)(link)
Same for me.

Well BBT is popular so it doesn't surprise me dumb American sheep like you and your family have shit taste.

(Anonymous) 2018-10-18 09:02 pm (UTC)(link)
Wow, ok.
